Welcome to New Wave Clinic.

By booking an appointment or receiving treatment with us, you agree to the following Terms &
Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, safety, respect for everyone’s time,
and the smooth running of the clinic.

## Appointments & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposit amounts vary depending on the
treatment and may be up to 50% of the treatment cost.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, discretion may be applied in exceptional circumstances
at the clinic’s sole discretion.

Deposits are transferable when appointments are rescheduled within the clinic’s cancellation
policy.

## Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of three times. After this, a new deposit may be
required.

No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

## Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can occasionally happen. Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late may
still be accommodated where possible.

Arrivals later than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients and
clinic operations. In such cases, the deposit will be retained.

In some circumstances, treatment time may need to be reduced.

## Consultations, Consent & Medical Information

Client safety is our priority. All clients are required to:

– Provide accurate and complete medical history information
– Inform the clinic of any changes to medications, health conditions, allergies, or
pregnancy/breastfeeding status
– Read and complete all consultation and consent forms carefully
– Ask any questions before treatment if further clarification or information is needed

By proceeding with treatment, clients confirm that the information provided is truthful and
complete.

## Treatment Risks & Results

All aesthetic, skin, laser, and cosmetic treatments carry potential risks, side effects, and varying
recovery times.

While we always aim to achieve the best possible outcome, results vary from person to person
and cannot be guaranteed.

Some treatments may require multiple sessions to achieve or maintain desired results.

## Patch Testing

Certain treatments require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before treatment.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure patch testing requirements are completed where
advised. Failure to do so may result in treatment being postponed and deposits retained.

## Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on:

– Treatments already carried out
– Treatment packages
– Prepaid sessions
– Gift vouchers
– Skincare or retail products

## Age Restrictions

Clients must be aged 18 or over to receive treatments unless otherwise agreed and legally
permitted.

## Photography & Clinical Records

The clinic may take before-and-after photographs for medical records, treatment monitoring, and
documentation purposes.

Photographs will only be used for marketing or promotional purposes with separate client
consent.

## Children & Guests

Children and guests are welcome where possible; however, this may depend on the treatment
being performed, clinic space, and safety considerations.

We kindly ask all visitors to respect the calm and professional clinic environment.

## Respect & Clinic Environment

We aim to provide a calm, welcoming, and respectful environment for all clients and staff.

We kindly ask clients to treat clinic staff, practitioners, and other clients with mutual respect and
consideration.

The clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where:

– Treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe
– Contraindications are present
– Medical information has been withheld
– Abusive, aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour occurs

## Pricing & Treatment Information

Prices, treatment details, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice.

Treatment suitability and recommendations are always assessed individually during
consultation.
